FAQs
-
This is a month-long experience designed for a small cohort of women moving through the journey together. While we hope you can attend all four sessions, you’ll still stay connected through our WhatsApp group, receive guidance for the full month, and be held by the group’s energy even if you need to miss a night.
-
Absolutely. This experience is for women who want to explore how they feel with less (or no) alcohol — without pressure, perfectionism, or labels. Curiosity is enough. This is not about perfection — it’s about awareness, choice, and curiosity. You’re welcome exactly as you are each week.
-
No. This is a wellness and education experience led by a Functional Nutrition Coach (Linda) and a Parenting & Sobriety Coach (Paige). We offer tools, practices, and community — not therapy.
-
Not at all. It’s there for optional support, inspiration, and connection between sessions.
-
No formal homework. We’ll offer gentle reflection prompts and wellness practices you may choose to explore between sessions, but nothing mandatory.
-
Due to the small group size and limited spots, all registrations are final. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to another woman before Jan 4.
