SmALL GROUP

Boot camp is a small-group experience designed to support parents where they are. Everyone can leave with personalized coaching.

INTERACTIVE & RefLECTIVE

You will learn in a variety of ways: lecture, large group discussion, breakout sessions, paired shares, demonstrations, role playing and individual journaling.

EMBODIED

Light movement and breath work will be incorporated to both keep you engaged and deepen the learning.

Snacks

Coffee, light snacks and lunch on Saturday will be provided.

Takeaways

Participants will receive a downloadable workbook with information and journal prompts.
