The Future Nest
Step into the future you.
February 25th, 7:00 to 8:30pm ET via Zoom
Can You Relate?
My children have left, leaving or getting ready to leave the nest.
What is up with my body? (I can’t think straight or sleep all night.)
I’m either angry or anxious with the people around me.
What should I do when I grow up?
Nothing feels ‘right’ right now.
Are you feeling all of the above, all at once?
It may be hard to see right now, but this time of change is an opportunity for you to prioritize your own wellness and what you want your life to look like in the years ahead.
Introducing
Your Future Nest
Reclaiming Your Identity and Creating Your Future
We want to help you replace the idea of the empty nest with that of the future nest.
Why?
Periods and Parenting are not happening to us, they are changing for us. How can you curate your health, interpersonal relationships, time and space to feel and live better?
Your time is now.
What You Will Leave With
A calmer, clearer sense of “oh… this makes sense now” about hormones, symptoms, and why things may feel harder than they used to
Language you can use — with doctors, partners, coworkers, and family — that reflects what you’re experiencing without self-doubt or self-blame
Reassurance that you are not behind, broken, or doing midlife wrong — you’re in a real developmental phase that deserves support and understanding
A few simple action steps you can take right away to reduce overwhelm and increase calm and joy (no total life overhaul required)
A sense of connection — because menopause is personal, but it doesn’t have to be lonely
